Eastern Rock Lobster

Similar to its red coloured cousin, the Eastern Rock lobster is green in colour and is also an exceptional tasting lobster in its own right, also with sweet tasting firm white flesh.

Giant Crab

(Pseudocarcinus gigas)
Caught along the coastlines of Tasmania, Victoria and South Australia, the Giant Crab is mainly found in depths between 100m and 200m. Its the largest crab in Australia and amongst the largest crabs in the world. Its claws can grow up to 500mm in length and the species is capable of reaching weights in excess of 14kg each. Aside from its astonishing beauty, the Giant Crab is more importantly a delicious tasting crab and because of this is now one of Australia’s most desired seafood exports.

Frozen abalone products

Aside from its live products, Pacific Bao Yu also produces and exports a variety of frozen abalone products. All our frozen products are produced from live abalone, ensuring the highest quality frozen abalone possible. These products include RAW IQF frozen abalone meat, whole frozen in shell, whole parboiled abalone in shell and parboiled abalone meat. All frozen products are produced to HACCP and AQIS standards with the utmost attention to health and cleanliness.
